1920年代のジーンズをもとに製作したTCB 20's Jeansです。
穿き込んでいくことでヴィンテージのような風合いに色落ちしていきます。
経年変化をお楽しみ頂けるジーンズです。
TCB20'sは、まだサスペンダーや尾錠を縛って穿く事が主流だった時代に初めてベルトループが付けられた1922年のvintageを参考に作成したモデル。
生地はこのモデルの為だけに綿から別注したタテヨコ8番の12.5oz。
染色もこの時代の特徴の青みの強いインディゴです。

現代のジーンズとは違う独特なディティールです。
フロントはボタンフライ仕様です。
ボタンフライの開き止まりはリベットで補強されています。
ヴィンテージを踏襲した作りです。
ボタンはヴィンテージから型を起こした、「TWO CAT BRAND」ボタンを採用しています。
鉄製で中央がへこんでいます。
コインポケット口は生地の耳を使っています。

巻き縫いは、折り伏せ縫いなどの他の縫製方法と比べて、一回で縫いきることが出来るため大量生産に適した縫い方でもありました。

ミミは20'sの特徴でもある、太い白ミミです。
30'sになると赤ミミになります。
通常よりも糸を8本増やし、ヴィンテージと同じ太さにしているそうです。
革パッチは鹿革です。
