■ Usage Instructions

- It is ideal to perform each exercise for 10 repetitions × 3 sets.

- Be careful not to forcibly insert fingers into the grip area to prevent injury.

**"Shoulder Press"**
Muscles used: Deltoid (shoulder)

1. Hold the dumbbells with both hands at shoulder level.
2. Extend your arms and press upward above your head.

Avoid shrugging your shoulders; fully extend your arms.

Muscles used: Triceps brachii (arms)

1. Hold the dumbbell in one hand, lean your upper body slightly forward, and bend your elbow.
2. Extend your arm backward as if pushing away.

*Note for Push Away:*
Keep your armpits tight and fix your elbow in place.

**"Shrug"**
Muscles used: Trapezius (shoulders)

1. Hold the dumbbells with both hands, relax your shoulders.
2. Shrug your shoulders upward by applying force.

Keep your elbows straight and move only your shoulders.
