**Product Introduction**
This is an authentic dashi for Bukkake Udon, made with a blend of iriko (dried sardines) and katsuobushi (boned dried bonito) dashi, combined with Shodoshima-produced naturally brewed soy sauce.
**How to Use**
1. Rinse boiled udon noodles in cold water to firm them up, drain well, and place in a bowl.
2. Add your preferred toppings, such as grated radish, tenkasu (tempura bits), chopped green onions, or bonito flakes.
3. Pour approximately 80ml of this product per serving over the noodles and mix well before eating.
*When using for warm udon, transfer this product to a pot or similar container and warm slightly before use.
