The TH Liner is a reserved seating train operated by Tobu Railway and Tokyo Metro on the Tobu Isesaki Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line since June 2020. It uses the "70090 series" vehicle, a new model based on Tobu Railway's "70000 series," which features a convertible long/cross seat configuration.
