Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online. This story is born from "Sword Art Online," which has surpassed a cumulative total of 30 million copies worldwide. It is "another SAO" depicted by original author Keiichi Sigsawa and character designer Kōhaku Kuroboshi. The setting is the VRMMO (Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Game) "Gun Gale Online," where bullets fly and gunpowder smoke fills the air. Karen Kōchirui, also known as "LLENN," who is self-conscious about her tall stature and enters the VR game world to find a smaller version of herself, takes on the team-based deathmatch "Squad Jam" with her beloved gun, the "P90." The first TV anime season, which began airing in April 2018, garnered attention for its thrilling gun action sequences performed by young girls, receiving a significant response both domestically and internationally. Now, the second season of the TV anime is scheduled to broadcast in October 2024!
★ Story
"Squad Jam" is a survival match between squads of up to six players. This niche tournament attracts many GGO players who gather for this battle, seeking fame, revenge, or a worthy rival, engaging in fierce battles. Three months after the intense battle of the Second Squad Jam (SJ2) concluded, the Third Squad Jam (SJ3) has finally been decided. LLENN, having formed a new team "LPFM" with Pitohui, M, and Fukajiro, heads to the island that will serve as the tournament's battlefield. However, they are met with harsh conditions: a field that sinks into the sea over time, a "UNKNOWN" area lurking at the center of the map, and the collusion of unknown teams. The third feast, where pride and honor are at stake, begins here!
