ODカラーの方は、左胸に階級章をつけるための裏当てステッチが入ります。
基本、軍はパンツインだと思いますが、丈の長いシャツを外に出す所謂グランパシャツスタイルが人気です。

着丈は長いですが、横幅は、日本のMぐらいです。ただ、収縮性のないシャツ生地のプルオーバー（被り）なので、肩幅のある人は、きつくて頭と腕を通せないことも予想されます。実寸を参考にしてください。お手元のシャツが同じ程度身幅、肩幅でしたら、下半分ボタンを留めたまま被りで着てみてください。
