The timing chain is a part that synchronizes the crankshaft and camshaft to set the valve timing.
Engines in recent cars are equipped with timing chains instead of timing belts.
Timing chains are said to last for approximately 300,000 km without replacement, and are generally said to be maintenance-free until the vehicle is scrapped.
However, since a car engine is an assembly of various parts, some parts may wear out or break.
When the engine breaks down or an overhaul is necessary due to mileage, it is safer to replace the timing chain with a new one.
Many people prepare expensive genuine parts for replacement, but it is possible to reduce costs with reasonably priced aftermarket parts that are compatible with genuine parts.
This product has the same performance as genuine parts, so you can use it with confidence.
If you stock the parts in your garage while they are available, you can perform maintenance when needed, which provides peace of mind.
