This seasoning is a blend of beet sugar, salt, and other ingredients, based on pure rice vinegar made from organic brown rice.
It uses kelp dashi (kombu stock) from Hokkaido.
As a guide, use 30cc per 1 go (approx. 340g) of cooked rice.
Sediment may occur, but this does not affect the quality.
