**How to Choose the Right Size**
As a guideline for selecting an interdental brush, choose a size that can be inserted and moved without resistance. If you cannot insert size SSS (1), please use dental floss.
**How to Use**
- While looking in the mirror, gently insert the tip of the brush straight into the interdental space and move it back and forth a few times.
**Bending the Brush**
- When using on molars, bend from the plastic part. Do not bend the wire (metal part).
