How to choose your size:
As a guideline when choosing an interdental brush, select a size that can be inserted and moved without resistance.

How to use:
- While looking in a mirror, slowly and straightly insert the tip of the brush into the interdental space and move it a few times.
How to bend the brush:
When using on back teeth, bend at the plastic part. Do not bend the wire (metal part).
When to replace:
Replace when the bristles become frayed or the wire becomes easily bent. *The backing paper can be folded for easy storage after opening.
