Boil in plenty of boiling water. Adjust the boiling time to your preference for a tastier result.
【Ryukyu Bijin Special Noodle Soup Recipe】 Use store-bought noodle soup, dried shiitake mushrooms, green onions, daikon radish, carrots, and bitter melon (goya) (amounts to your liking)
1. Rehydrate the shiitake mushrooms in water (use the soaking water, so soak more mushrooms. The remaining shiitake can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.)
2. Mince the shiitake mushrooms, combine with the soaking water, and heat in the microwave to remove the heat.
3. Mix with store-bought noodle soup and chill in the refrigerator. (If in a hurry, add ice♪)
4. Process green onions, daikon, carrots, and bitter melon in a food processor, then combine with step 3.
