How to remove old tires: (1) Cut the axle using calipers or a metal saw.

(4) Remove the tire.
How to install new tires: (1) After passing the axle through the hole of the suitcase wheel fork, pass the washer, tire, and washer in that order onto the axle.
(2) Secure with screws using a hex wrench.
