Ingredients needed: 1 bag of this product (200g), 2 tablespoons oil, 280ml water
〇 Standard Recipe
Ingredients needed: 1 bag of this product (200g), 1 egg, 260ml milk or soy milk
1. In a bowl, combine the egg and milk or soy milk (or oil and water), then add this product and mix.
2. Heat a frying pan over high heat, cool it slightly on a damp cloth, then pour the batter in a circle and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
* If using an iron frying pan, lightly grease with salad oil. When using a hot plate, set it to approximately 160°C and cook after it has heated sufficiently.
3. When small bubbles start to appear, flip and cook for about 2 minutes. It is ready when cooked through.
* When making fried sweets, etc., batter made without sugar and baking powder can cause explosions and splatter oil. Therefore, if frying, be sure to add sugar.
