■ How to Use / How to Eat* Add approximately 1-2% of Suberacare to the total amount of ingredients and water, and dissolve at 70-80°C or higher.* Adjust the concentration of Suberacare and the amount of water according to the type of food to control the firmness of the jelly.* During cooking, heat and mix thoroughly until Suberacare is completely dissolved in the food.* If the jelly is difficult to set, transfer to a pot after mixing with Suberacare and reheat to a boil while stirring.
