UNISON SQUARE GARDEN結成20周年を記念してリリースするバンドキャリア史上初のベストアルバム。disc1にはバンド結成初期～メジャーデビュー前後に制作され初音源化となる未発表曲11曲に新曲「アナザーワールドエンド」を加えた全12曲、disc2,3にはこれまでのシングル楽曲全22曲を収録(一部再ミックス、再レコーディングあり)。ロックバンドの歴史を彩るマスターピースに加え、端役でも伏兵でもないsub trucksからささやかな祝福を。ベストアルバムという名目でリリースされる「SUB MACHINE, BEST MACHINE」のDISC1は、sub tracks盤として、音源化されていない未発表曲11曲と新たに制作した「アナザーワールドエンド」を加えた計12曲を収録。DISC2とDISC3は、best tracks盤として、2008年にリリースしたメジャーデビューシングル「センチメンタルピリオド」から昨年2023年にリリースした「いけないfool logic」までのシングル曲に配信限定曲を加えた計22曲を収録する（一部再ミックス、再レコーディングあり）。
受注生産限定盤には、2011年に行った3rdアルバム「Populus Populus」の日比谷野外音楽堂でのライブと2020年に行った無観客生配信ライブ「USG 2020 “LIVE (in the) HOUSE 2」を初めて商品化したBDなど、5公演分のライブを5枚のBlu-rayディスクで収録。2011年「Populus Populus」日比谷野外音楽堂ライブ映像は、今回のBOXリリースにあたり、当時のライブ映像全楽曲を発掘。10年以上の時を経て“一度っきりの野音ワンマン”が色鮮やかに蘇る。
上記2公演の他、2015年に行われた日本武道館ライブ「fun time 724」のライブ映像を既存のDVDからBlu-ray化。そのほかにも、さらに2つののライブ映像（後日発表）をBD収録する予定。さらに、フォトブックレットやグッズ（フィギュア）が付属し、これらすべてをBOXに収納、オリジナルの外袋が付いた特別仕様となる。
バンド結成20周年記念作品として価格は税込20,000円（20k?）。UNISON SQUARE GARDENのヒストリーと背景を存分に楽しめる内容となっている。受注生産限定盤は5月15日（水）までの受付となる。
バンドは4月 3日（水）から大阪フェスティバルホールを皮切りに「Revival Tour “Catcher In The Spy”」がスタートし、6月からは「今観るべき対バンライブ」をお届けする「UNISON SQUARE GARDEN 20th anniversary SPECIAL LIVE」の開催も決定している。また、20th Anniversary LIVEとして結成日となる7月24日（水）に日本武道館のライブが決定している。
