ZEN TEA BREW KANPAI Strawberry Rose Black Tea Martini combines black tea and fermented tea from Shizuoka with strawberry, rose, and hibiscus. Best infused with vodka, it layers ripe berry flavor over fragrant tea, with a floral lift and a bright finish.
HOW TO MAKE
Place the kit in an infusion bottle. Add 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of vodka, shake gently, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. A shorter infusion keeps the flavor lighter and drier; more time brings forward the fruit and sweetness. Serve over ice, with soda, or with tonic.
ALCOHOL-FREE OPTION
Infuse with 400 ml of water, then dilute the infusion 1:1 with water, unsweetened tea, or unsweetened sparkling water.
