Product Description
RIZE released "Natural Vibes" in 2003 and after their tour, moved their base of operations to Los Angeles, USA.
However, after over 100 shows across the US, they declared a TIME OUT and went on hiatus. After pursuing their individual activities, the four members resumed rehearsals in Tokyo at the end of 2004. They then began live performances and the production of new songs. In February 2005, they released the BATTLE CD "Kakumei," announcing two new songs.
This original full album, "SPIT& YELL," is a condensed version of the four members' musical and mental experiences over two and a half years. It features 14 new songs, all self-produced for the first time, and will be distributed nationwide in joint ownership with U'S MUSIC.
It will be released on July 6th as a 2-disc set, including a Visuarize Movie (DVD, approx. 30 minutes) that visualizes all the songs as a story.
The collaboration song "KONOMAMA" is included in two works by RIZE and Def Tech. Using the same recording track, the first half is common to both songs, but the latter half develops into each artist's "Oosabi" (main chorus/hook), showcasing their individuality. It was born in the same underground studio as "My Way." Vocals are by Def Tech and JESSE, and the performance is by RIZE.
