Bon Toror, Bon Chochin, Rotating Lamp, Rotating Lantern12,100 yen
This is a compact and modern original new type lantern from Hasegawa. The popular cylindrical shape has a clean design that fits anywhere.
A design where clematis blooms elegantly.
This is a Bon Toror with a rotating cylinder, so it can be used in two patterns: with and without the rotating cylinder.
When the rotating cylinder is attached, a water droplet pattern appears on the entire lantern shade, creating a more Obon-like atmosphere. You can use it according to your preference, considering the balance with other lanterns you are decorating with.
*The rotating cylinder works by the heat from the light bulb causing it to spin like a windmill. Therefore, it may take some time to start rotating after the light bulb is turned on.
The lantern shade, which conveys warmth with elegant flowers and grasses, features a pale color with clematis (tekken) drawn on it, creating a gentle impression.
This lantern is designed to brighten up your Obon decorations, welcoming your cherished departed loved one with a festive atmosphere.
No assembly required, so you can use it immediately after taking it out of the box.

[Handling Precautions]
- Be careful of the lantern shade getting wet and of ignition from incense or candles.
- Turn off the light when you go to sleep.
- When storing, first remove dust with a duster, soft brush, or cloth. Do not use chemical cloths, water, detergents, volatile chemicals, or insecticides.
- Many natural materials are used, so please be careful of insect damage.
- When using moth repellents, please use ones specifically for lanterns. Be careful not to use too much, as it may cause damage.
[Points for Using the Rotating Cylinder]
- Attach the needle (holder) to the light bulb vertically.
- Check that the needle is properly fitted into the rotating cylinder and place it horizontally.
- Ensure that the rotating cylinder is not touching the light bulb or the upper leg.
- Wipe the upper leg and rotating cylinder with a damp cloth to reduce static electricity.
- Check that there is no dust or debris attached to the tip of the core or the glass part where the rotating cylinder's needle rests.
- The rotating cylinder works by "convection currents generated by the heat of the light bulb." Therefore, even for products sold in sets of two, there may be individual differences in rotation speed depending on how the airflow is received. Please understand this in advance.
