[Points for Using the Rotating Cylinder]
*Attach the needle (holder) to the light bulb vertically.
*Check that the needle is properly attached to the rotating cylinder and place it horizontally.
*Ensure that the rotating cylinder is not touching the light bulb or the upper leg.
*Wipe the upper leg and rotating cylinder with a damp cloth to reduce static electricity.
*Check that there is no dust or debris attached to the tip of the core rod or the glass part that receives the needle of the rotating cylinder.
*The rotating cylinder works by "the upward airflow generated by the heat of the light bulb causing it to rotate." Therefore, even for products sold as a set of two, there may be individual differences in rotation speed depending on how the airflow is received. Please understand this in advance.
