We use 100% organic soybeans from Hokkaido, the same as those used for steamed beans. These soybeans are sweet, organically cultivated, and able to stand on their own in terms of flavor. By using raw materials that could not be used for steamed beans due to skin peeling or other reasons, we aim to reduce food waste by not wasting beans carefully grown by contracted farmers.
Other ingredients are also carefully selected, including domestically produced soybean kinako (roasted soybean flour), Hokkaido-grown beet sugar, and natural sun-dried salt from Izu Oshima.
