By using raw materials that could not be used for steamed beans due to skin peeling or other issues, we aim to reduce food waste by not wasting beans carefully grown by contracted farmers.
Other ingredients are also carefully selected, including domestically produced soybean flour, Hokkaido-grown beet sugar, and natural sun-dried salt from Izu Oshima.
