The main ingredient is only soybeans. It is prepared by soaking in hot water, rinsing, and then using.
Please soak in hot water, lightly squeeze out excess moisture, and season (e.g., with ginger soy sauce) before cooking.
Frying it before cooking enhances its meaty texture.
Although there may be slight variations in size, this convenient product adds volume to stir-fry dishes.
Made from soybean flour, dried after removing oil content, it can be used as a substitute for ground meat in various recipes.

For one cup of this product, soak in about 3/4 cup of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes to rehydrate.
