「人気プロレス団体「ZERO」の看板レスラー・獅子王は、愛する妻・麻美のために念願の一軒家を建て、義妹の那美、TV局プロデューサーの山路らを招いて新築披露パーティーを開いていた。だがそこに因縁のライバル・一条が現れたため、祝いの席が修羅場と化すことに。壮絶な乱闘劇の末、夢のマイホームは爆発炎上。しかも爆発の際の火傷がもとで、麻美は謎の奇病に冒されてしまうのだった。妻の病気を直し、マイホームを再建するため、獅子王は“合法的殺人団体”の異名を取る「DDD」とのデスマッチに挑むことになるが…。」
