This candy is made using organic plum extract, certified organic JAS, which is created by slowly simmering organic green plums cultivated with great care for approximately 10 hours.

It is finished with reduced sweetness using coarse sugar from Kikaijima Island, Kagoshima Prefecture, starch syrup made from Kyushu-grown sweet potatoes, and Okinawan brown sugar.
