Soken-sha Organic Lotus Root Powder is an organically certified JAS product made mainly from dried sections of lotus roots (Bichu variety and early-maturing variety) cultivated organically in Kumamoto Prefecture.
One bag (80g) of this product is equivalent to approximately 1.2 kg of raw lotus root.
It can be dissolved in beverages or consumed as is.

Mainly using sections of lotus roots cultivated organically in Kumamoto Prefecture.
The lotus root varieties used are the Bichu variety (Kumamoto Akane Lotus Root), which has been passed down since old times and is known for its good taste, and an early-maturing variety.

Compared to the phenol content in the lotus root flesh, the skin contains about twice as much, and the sections contain about five times as much, according to research. The product mainly uses these sections.

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of lotus root powder to water or hot water and enjoy.
