◆ How to prepare
1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the noodles with the flat, broad side facing up into the bowl.
*Tip: Warming the bowl beforehand helps keep the hot water from cooling quickly, making the dish more delicious.
2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, then pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups). Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
*Adjust the water amount to your preferred saltiness.
3. After 3 minutes, it’s ready to eat. For added flavor, you may include chopped green onions or kamaboko (fish cake).
*If cooking in a pot, boil about 450 ml of water, add the noodles and soup, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
*Adjust the boiling time to your preferred noodle firmness.
