Soken-sha Hot Water Pour-Over Chicken Soy Sauce Ramen is a special ramen made with noodles fried in vegetable oil without using kansui (alkaline mineral water), using domestically produced wheat flour. The broth is rich in chicken dashi, finished with the deliciousness of soy sauce and the umami of vegetables.
It is easy to prepare by pouring hot water and waiting for 3 minutes.
Contains coarsely chopped green onions.
Sweeteners used are raw sugar that retains flavor, and sea salt containing bittern.
This product is environmentally conscious and is not packaged in a cup.
