Soken-sha Indian Curry is a spicy, aromatic curry roux made with 36 types of spices, cold-pressed safflower oil, domestically produced wheat flour roasted over an open flame, chicken bouillon, and a slightly generous amount of spices.
Includes a small sachet of spices to add spiciness and aroma.

◆ How to Prepare
Ingredients (for 5 servings): This product (1 box): 115g, Meat or seafood: 200g, Onion: 2 medium (400g), Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon, Water: 650ml
○ Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the ingredients cut into bite-sized pieces. Add carrots, potatoes, etc. as desired.
○ Add water and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
○ Once the ingredients are tender, break apart this product, dissolve it well, and simmer over low heat. Adding the separately packaged spices will further enhance the spiciness and aroma. You can also adjust the taste with yogurt or milk according to your preference.
