Soken-sha Indian Curry is a spicy curry roux finished with 36 types of spices, pressed safflower oil, domestically produced wheat flour that is fire-roasted, chicken bouillon, and slightly extra spices, resulting in a fragrant and moderately spicy flavor.

A small packet of spices is included to enhance the spiciness and aroma.

No beef-derived ingredients such as beef extract are used.

◆How to prepare

Ingredients (for 5 servings): 1 box of this product (115g), 200g of meat or seafood, 2 medium onions (400g), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 650ml of water

○ Heat vegetable oil in a pot and thoroughly sauté the chopped ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Feel free to add carrots, potatoes, etc., as desired.

○ Add water and simmer over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.

○ When the ingredients become tender, break open the curry roux and add it, stirring well to dissolve, then simmer over low heat. Adding the included small packet of spices will make the flavor and aroma even richer. You may also adjust the taste with yogurt or milk according to your preference.
