Soken-sha Indian Curry is a spicy curry roux finished with 36 types of spices, pressed safflower oil, domestically produced wheat flour that is fire-roasted, chicken bouillon, and slightly more spices, resulting in a fragrant and moderately spicy flavor.

It comes with small spice packets to enhance the spiciness and aroma.

No beef-derived ingredients such as beef extract are used.

◆How to Prepare

Ingredients (for 5 servings):
- 1 box of this product: 115g
- Meat or seafood: 200g
- Onion: 2 medium (400g)
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 650ml

○ Heat vegetable oil in a pot and thoroughly sauté the chopped ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
Add carrots, potatoes, or other vegetables if desired.

○ Add water and simmer over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.

○ When the ingredients become tender, break the curry roux into pieces and add to the pot, stirring well to dissolve. Continue simmering over low heat.
Adding the included small spice packet will make the flavor and aroma even richer.
Adjust the taste with yogurt, milk, or other seasonings as preferred.
