Soken-sha Hot Water Pour-Over Noodles with Plant-Based Curry Udon

This product features medium-thick noodles made from domestically produced wheat flour, fried in vegetable oil, combined with a rich-spiced, mild Japanese-style special soup for curry udon.

It is easy to prepare by simply pouring hot water and waiting for 5 minutes. No animal-derived ingredients (fats, broths, extracts) are used.

Using domestically produced wheat flour and a proprietary manufacturing method, these udon noodles have a firm texture.

The rounded, medium-thick noodles offer a traditional udon texture that you can enjoy.

The frying oil used is vegetable oil.

The special soup is made without animal fats, broths, or extracts, using only plant-based ingredients.

It has a rich aroma of spices and a mild, savory flavor characteristic of Japanese-style cuisine.

No chemical seasonings are used.

Please transfer the noodles into a bowl or similar dish at home before eating.

◆How to prepare

1. Place the noodles into a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the wider, flat side of the noodles facing up when putting them into the bowl. *For better heat retention and taste, it is recommended to warm the bowl beforehand.*

2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, then pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups). Cover with plastic wrap or a lid. *Adjust the amount of hot water according to your preferred taste intensity.*

3. After 5 minutes, it is ready to eat. *If cooking in a pot, add the noodles and soup to about 450 ml of boiling water and simmer for approximately 3 minutes. Adjust the soaking or boiling time to your preferred noodle firmness.*
