Soken-sha Hot Water Pouring Noodles Plant-Based Curry Udon is made with domestically produced wheat flour, fried in vegetable oil, featuring medium-thick noodles and a rich, aromatic spice blend combined with a mild Japanese-style broth for curry udon.
It is easy to prepare by simply pouring hot water and waiting 5 minutes. No animal-derived ingredients (fats, broths, extracts) are used.
Using domestically produced wheat flour and a proprietary method to achieve firmness, these udon noodles offer a characteristic chewy texture.
The rounded, medium-thick noodles provide a traditional udon experience.
Frying oil is vegetable oil.

◆How to enjoy
1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the noodles with the flat, broad side facing up into the bowl. *For better heat retention and enhanced flavor, it is recommended to warm the bowl beforehand.*
2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, then pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups). Cover with plastic wrap or a lid. *Adjust the amount of hot water according to your preferred taste intensity.*
3. After 5 minutes, it is ready to eat. *If cooking in a pot, add the noodles and soup to about 450 ml of boiling water and simmer for approximately 3 minutes. Adjust the soaking or boiling time to your preferred noodle firmness.*
