Soken-sha Hot Water Pour-Over Noodles with Plant-Based Curry Udon
This product features medium-thick noodles fried in vegetable oil, made with domestically produced wheat flour, and a specially crafted soup with a rich aroma of spices and a mild Japanese-style flavor, creating a curry udon.
It is easy to prepare by simply pouring hot water and waiting for 5 minutes. No animal-derived ingredients (fats, broths, extracts) are used.
The noodles are made using domestically sourced wheat flour and a unique method to enhance their firmness.
The rounded, medium-thick noodles provide a texture characteristic of udon.
Frying oil is vegetable oil.
The special soup is prepared without using animal fats, broths, or extracts, relying solely on plant-based ingredients.

◆ How to prepare
1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the wider, flat side of the noodles facing up. *For better heat retention and taste, it is recommended to warm the bowl beforehand.*
2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups), and cover with plastic wrap or a lid. *Adjust the amount of hot water according to your preferred strength of flavor.*
3. After 5 minutes, it is ready to eat. *If cooking in a pot, add the noodles and soup to about 450 ml of boiling water and simmer for approximately 3 minutes. Adjust the boiling time to your preferred noodle firmness.*
