イタリア南部カラーブリア州ラウロポーリ、シーバリ地区に広がるオリーブ畑で有機栽培されたオリーブの実から作られたエキストラヴァージンオリーブオイルです。 丁寧に低温でオリーブの実をすりつぶし、温度が上がらないようにゆっくりと撹拌し、圧搾製法でしぼりました。
本品の生産者は１９８６年より有機栽培オリーブ油を生産しております。
マイルドな口当たりで口に含むと初めはピリリとドライな味がしますが、すぐにほんのりと甘さが広がります。香りはオリーブらしい香りと最後にアーモンドのような香ばしさも漂います。
