Soken-sha Benihana High Plus Margarine is a margarine made primarily from first-pressed high-oleic acid safflower oil, emphasizing the natural flavor of the ingredients. It is fragrance-free, color-free, and contains no antioxidants.

It is produced using a manufacturing process that minimizes trans fatty acids [approximately 0.03g per 10g]. No partially hydrogenated fats are used.

The product contains high-oleic acid safflower oil, with 63% oleic acid (by fatty acid content).

It uses fermented milk, whole milk powder, and fresh cream, resulting in a rich, mellow flavor that preserves the natural taste of the ingredients.

The soy lecithin used in the ingredients is produced through segregated supply chain management to prevent contamination with genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

The salt used is coarse salt with a mellow flavor.

No artificial fragrances, antioxidants, or colorings are used.

Partially hydrogenated fats are not used.

This product is RSPO (MB) certified, contributing to the production of sustainable palm oil.

It involves oil producers and retailers working together to transform the market toward sustainable palm oil production, considering environmental and social factors.
Benihana High Plus Margarine uses RSPO (MB) certified palm oil, which is produced under a mass balance model, meaning certified oil from certified farms is mixed with non-certified oil during distribution.

At the "Sustainable Palm Oil Conference 2018" held in Tokyo on October 22, 2018, the company received the "Borneo Unpyou Award" for best practices in sustainable palm oil procurement.
