Soken-sha Beni Hana High Plus Margarine is a margarine made primarily from first-pressed high-oleic Beni Hana oil, which emphasizes the natural deliciousness of the ingredients. It is fragrance-free, color-free, and contains no antioxidants.
It is produced using a manufacturing process that minimizes trans fatty acids [approximately 0.03g per 10g]. No partially hydrogenated fats are used.
The product contains high-oleic Beni Hana oil, which includes 63% oleic acid (by fat content).
Using fermented milk, whole milk powder, and fresh cream, it is a margarine with a rich and mellow flavor that values the original taste of the ingredients.
The soy lecithin used in the ingredients is produced with segregation and distribution management to prevent contamination with genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
The salt used is a mild-flavored coarse salt.
No fragrances, antioxidants, or colorings are used.
Partially hydrogenated fats are not used.
