This is a convenient silicone mold that can be used with natural drying clays such as resin clay, oven-baked clay, and UV-LED resin, which harden through chemical reactions. You can create authentic miniature teacups. If you want to finish it with a ceramic look, we recommend using clay.
It is ideal for combining with miniature sweets, miniature bread, miniature food, and dollhouses.

[How to Use]Clay → Apply a release agent such as baby oil to the outer mold, fill it with clay, and make a hole with the thicker end of the crafting tool. Insert the lid mold into the hole and press firmly to remove excess clay and burrs. If you remove the clay while it is still soft, it may deform, so dry it in the mold for about 1-2 days before removing it from the mold.

**Time-Saving Technique**
If you freeze the clay for 30 minutes or more with the lid mold (core rod) removed, it will finish faster.
Confirm that it is frozen, remove it from the mold, and dry it.
(If the core rod is difficult to remove, freeze it with the core rod still inserted)

Resin → First, pour a little more than half of the UV resin into the outer mold.
Next, insert the lid mold and cure it. (Filling the resin almost to the brim makes it difficult for air bubbles to form.)
After curing, remove it from the mold. Remove any protruding burrs with nippers, scissors, or your fingernails to complete.
*If it is difficult to remove from the mold, applying a release agent such as baby oil between the mold and the resin or clay will allow for smooth removal.
*If the resin leaks, secure the mold with a rubber band and cure it.

[Notes on this design mold]
■UV Resin → Since it is not a mirror finish, it will be cloudy when removed after curing. It can be finished beautifully by applying UV resin or a glossy varnish twice to coat the surface. Whether or not polishing agents can be used depends on the UV resin you are using.
For air bubbles, poke them with a crafting tool to pop them. If air bubbles form, it becomes harder for them to form if you apply resin to the grooves of the mold with a stiff brush before pouring the resin.

*Cannot be used with silicone-based materials.
*Materials other than natural drying clay have a limited lifespan due to chemical changes.
