This is a convenient silicone mold (mould) that can be used with air-dry clays such as resin clay, oven-bake clay, and UV-LED resin.
Simply fill the mold with clay or other materials and remove to easily create cherry blossom motifs in three sizes. You can also attach hardware to finish them as accessory parts.
【Notes regarding this design mold】
■ For UV resin: Since the surface is not mirror-finished, it will appear cloudy when removed after curing. You can achieve a beautiful finish by applying UV resin or a gloss varnish twice to coat the surface. Whether polishing compounds can be used depends on the UV resin you are using.
For air bubbles, poke them with a tool such as a fine art stick to pop them. If air bubbles occur, apply resin to the grooves of the mold with a stiff brush before pouring the resin to make air bubbles less likely to form. Also, by warming the mold with resin inside using a hairdryer, embossing heater, etc., before curing, wrinkles and air bubbles are less likely to form.
* Cannot be used with silicone-based materials or two-part epoxy resins.
* For materials other than air-dry clay, there is a limit to durability due to chemical changes.
