通常の自然乾燥で硬化する粘土はもちろん、オーブン粘土、銀粘土、レジン、アクリルパウダー、UVジェル、発泡ウレタンなど化学変化によって硬化する物にご使用頂ける型（モールド）です。
粘土などを型につめて抜くだけで簡単に可愛い半球パーツが出来ます。片面ずつ貼り合わせて球体にすることもできます。
紫外線を透過するためUV硬化素材にも使用できます。
【粘土での使い方】
型にワセリン等の離型剤を筆等で塗り、それぞれ両面の型に粘土を入れ粘土の量を量りとります。
型から粘土を外し、手で丸め、型に球体入れ挟みます。
上の型を外し、球体にバリやラインがないかを確認し、ラインがいる場合は球体を転がしライン位置を変え、再度型に挟み数回繰り返し型から取り外し完成です。
【レジン使用の場合】
この型は注入口がありませんので、半面ずつレジンを流し込み硬化後に張り合わせてご使用ください。
【当デザイン型に関するご注意】
主に粘土用の型です。UVレジンは収縮が大きく球体がずれる事があります。UVレジンにて球体を作る場合は半球型を２つ作り、後で貼り合わせてご使用ください。
■エポキシ→鏡面仕上げではない為、硬化後取り外すと曇っております。その為、研磨剤にて磨きが必要となります。
■UVレジン→鏡面仕上げではない為、硬化後取り外すと曇っております。また硬化時の熱の影響により表面に筋が入ります。UVレジンを2度塗りし表面をコーティングする事できれいに仕上がります。研磨剤はご使用いただけません。
※レジンなどの化学変化を伴う素材は20～30回程度で使用できなくなります。シリコン材は硬化時に同化するためご使用いただけません。
