"Slick Clamp Head N Series" is an accessory that attaches to tripod legs or similar pipes, allowing you to set up your camera in a lower position than a tripod for shooting. Compared to previous models, the spring in the camera mounting screw section has been removed and brass parts have been adopted, creating a structure that allows for a more secure fixation. Even with tripods that cannot be set in a low position, such as the Grand Master III, the clamp head makes it possible to set the camera in a low position.
The clamp section of the "Clamp Head" is a type that clamps the pipe and fixes it by turning the tightening knob. *Caution is advised as overtightening may dent the pipe and render the tripod unusable. Also, do not use on carbon pipes, as they may crack and break.
The camera mounting section is equipped with a 2-way head that allows for up/down and rotational movement. Loosening the camera platform tightening knob allows it to be angled downwards more than 90°. It can also rotate 360° along the mounting axis. Horizontal movement can be adjusted by the clamp's mounting position and the camera screw's mounting direction, allowing the camera/lens to be pointed in any direction.
Camera mounting is a double nut type. The camera mounting screw adopts a "double nut type" structure where the camera screw screwed into the bottom of the camera is further pulled into the camera platform side.
"Lower 2N (Clamp Head 32N)" is a compact type that can be attached to pipes with diameters from 22mm to 32mm.
