Alpen Salz is made from rock salt layers in Bad Reichenhall, at the foot of the German Alps. This rock salt layer is a natural rock salt layer formed 250 million years ago.
Mild, rich flavor & rich in calcium
Alpen Salz is characterized by its mild and rich flavor.
It can be used for cooking and as table salt for any dish, but we especially recommend it for simple dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
