1はじめに手をきれいに洗い、キャップを開けます。
236℃程度のお湯をボトルにいれてください。
3次にサッシェ(洗浄液の素)を入れてください。
4キャップをボトルにしっかり取り付け、キャップ穴を塞ぎこぼれないようにボトルを振ってください。
5頭を下げ、口で息をしながら、ボトルをゆっくり握り液を押し出すと、もう一方の鼻孔から洗浄液が流れ出ます。
