**[ CULTIVAR INTRODUCTION ]**Unlike regular green tea, by turning the tea leaves into powder, the astringency is suppressed, and the entire leaf can be consumed. This is a highly functional sencha that allows you to directly ingest catechins, which are otherwise difficult to extract. It is also recommended for hay fever relief.
