[Story]
Dublin, 1985. A time of great recession. Conor, 14 years old, hits rock bottom.
Forced to transfer to a rough public school due to his father's unemployment, and with his parents' constant fighting pushing his home life to the brink of collapse, Conor's only happiness comes from watching music videos from neighboring London on TV with his music-obsessed brother.
One day, Conor is instantly captivated by the mature beauty of Rafina, whom he sees on the street. He blurts out, "Will you be in my band's music video?"
In a panic, Conor forms a band and recklessly decides to shoot a music video that will shock the London music scene. The days of intense practice and songwriting begin!
