1. Vitamin C supplementation in the following cases:
Physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, during convalescence after illness or surgery, and in old age.
2. Relief of the following symptoms:
Melasma, freckles, and pigmentation due to sunburn or rash.
3. Prevention of bleeding in the following cases:
Bleeding gums, nosebleeds.
