四川省産の花山椒。花椒独特の舌が痺れる強い辛みと香りが特長。本場四川では花椒と藤椒をブレンドし各種料理に使用されることもあります。 ミカン科の落葉低木の実で独特の芳香と辛みがある。若い葉は「木の芽」と呼ばれ、汁物、田楽味噌、煮物、和え物などに用いる。乾燥した外皮を粉末にしたものが粉山椒で鰻の蒲焼等に使用する。 原材料原産国は中国、最終加工地が日本になります。
