「厳選素材」小麦粉は製粉会社が研究を重ねて開発した、小麦本来の旨みが出やすい「B1」と呼ばれる小麦の中心部分だけを使用した麺用粉を使用。
塩は瀬戸内の塩と伯方の塩を選び、水は小豆島の地下水を汲み上げました。
「四百年伝承の技」空気の澄んだ瀬戸内海の寒風が吹き寄せる極寒の季節に、宵仕込み・天日干しの昔ながらの二日製法で製麺。
つるりとした滑らかな舌ざわりで弾力に富み、小麦粉本来の風味、旨みを充分引き出しました。
