■How to Use
- Thoroughly wipe away sweat or powder from the area you wish to cool. (If sweat or powder remains on the skin, it may cause the sheet to peel off more easily.)- Remove the transparent film from the sheet and attach the gel side to the area you want to cool. (Pressing the sheet with your hand for about 15 seconds will help it adhere more firmly.)- The cooling effect lasts approximately 10 hours. (Cooling time may be shorter depending on the heat generation temperature and usage environment. If you no longer feel the effect, please replace it.)- Cut the sheet to an appropriate size with scissors according to the area you want to cool.- Store unused sheets in the bag, fold the opening tightly to prevent exposure to air, and use as soon as possible.

■Precautions for Use
- Do not use if you are sensitive to menthol or adhesives.- Do not use on areas with skin abnormalities (wounds, eczema, rashes, etc.), mucous membranes, or around the eyes.- If swelling, rash, or other skin abnormalities appear during or after use, immediately discontinue use and consult a dermatologist or medical professional.- For enhanced cooling effect, store in the refrigerator (approximately 5°C is suitable; do not use in the freezer or freezer compartment). Be cautious when using on children, sensitive skin, or delicate areas.- If the skin is dry, the gel may remain on the skin. If residue remains, wash it off with water or lukewarm water.- Do not use on infants and young children.- When used by individuals with limited mobility or those unable to use the product themselves, there is a risk of accidental ingestion, choking, or suffocation if placed in the mouth or nose. Always supervise under a caregiver’s watch. If you need to leave the area, remove the sheet and discontinue use. Once removed, the sheet may peel off easily, so use a new one.- Do not reuse sheets once used, for hygiene and quality reasons.- This product is not a medicine. For treatment of fever or other conditions, consult a doctor.
