１・スカーフに水を十分含ませてください。２・水がたれなくなる程度に絞ってください。３・数回しっかり絞ってください。生地が冷たくなります。※水分が周囲に飛び散る可能性があるのでご注意ください。４・接触冷感生地(柄と反対側)を首にあて、スカーフの先端を穴に通してください。
