Twin Power SW "TWIN POWER SW"

The "strength of form" required for saltwater game reels is actually very diverse. It includes a sense of rigidity and toughness that withstands hard use, a solid waterproof performance that prevents seawater intrusion, and above all, the power to wind up. Twin Power SW is equipped without hesitation with mechanisms inherited from Stella SW, such as Infinity Drive and Heat Sink Drag.

Infinity Drive

The conventional X-SHIP structure supported the pinion gear ends with bearings to achieve light winding. The current model features an evolved Infinity Drive structure. It non-contact supports the main shaft, which was previously supported by the pinion gear, with a special low-friction bushing, greatly reducing the sliding resistance of the main shaft. Additionally, the main shaft itself has been treated with a special surface process, achieving further low friction. Rotation torque is reduced by about 30% compared to previous models, evolving into a powerful reel capable of actively winding even under high load. Based on our comparative testing.


Heat Sink Drag

The conventional X-Tough Drag supported the spool bottom placement of the drag mechanism, improving drag performance and durability. The current model is equipped with an evolved Heat Sink Drag that is more heat-resistant. The heat sink panel dissipates heat generated in the drag section outside the spool, improving drag force reduction due to heat by about 50%. X Protect for Line Roller

The previous model's stopper bearing part adopted the X Protect structure, significantly contributing to high waterproof performance. The Twin Power SW now features the X Protect structure not only on the stopper bearing part but also on the line roller part, further enhancing waterproof performance. X Ship

The drive gear has been enlarged, and the pinion and drive gears are arranged with two-point support supported by bearings. These robust gear engagements maintain a light, strong reeling under load.


HAGANE Gear

Pressing a metal block with high pressure and finishing it with micron-level precision without machining. The proprietary technology called precision cold forging produces a hard, tough gear, enabling smooth winding.









HAGANE Body

Using lightweight, high-rigidity metals such as aluminum and magnesium, it effectively suppresses reel flex, distortion, and twisting. Protects delicate gear engagement and allows smooth reeling.


X Rigid Rotor

Using aluminum alloy and verifying the thickness distribution through 3D analysis, it achieves even greater rigidity, durability, and excellent rotational balance. This high rigidity also contributes to improvements in drag and other functions.


X Protect for Stopper Bearing

Adopts a contact triple lip structure on the stopper bearing part. Filling with special grease reduces friction resistance, providing silky rotation performance and high waterproof performance. The combined effect with X Shield achieves a waterproof standard equivalent to IPX8 for the body.


X Shield

Seals are applied at multiple points, including the body cover joint surface, spool drag knob contact part, blocking water ingress routes. Ensures high durability in SW games conducted under harsh conditions.









CI4+ Handle Knob

For models from 4000 to 8000, uses a lightweight carbon material CI4+ handle knob with excellent rigidity and durability. Achieves further weight reduction and applies a special coating to make it slip-resistant, enhancing winding smoothness.
